Path B
New site, built on the same stack we run for ourselves
Fast Next.js build. Full SEO and schema. Mobile-first. Pipeline and photo upload integrated. Twelve-month commitment. Then the site is yours to keep, forever.
Why rebuild instead of patch
Some sites are worth saving. Most breeder WordPress sites are not. Out-of-date themes, ten stacked plugins, slow page speed, no schema, mobile experience built for 2018. Every month you keep them is a month of buyers bouncing.
A rebuild on our stack gives you the same speed, security, and SEO that runs Bear Valley Puppies, Liberty English Cream Goldens, and Rosebull. A site that won't need to be rebuilt again for the next decade.
What the rebuild includes
Fast Next.js stack
Same framework used by Vercel, Netflix, TikTok. Loads in under two seconds on mobile. Scales to any traffic level.
SEO + schema, everywhere
Organization, SoftwareApplication, Offer, Article, FAQPage, BreadcrumbList, DefinedTerm where they fit. llms.txt and robots.txt tuned for AI search.
All your pages, rewritten
Home, about, dogs, puppies, contract, testimonials, breed guides, state pages. Rewritten in your voice with current best practices.
Pipeline + photo upload + email
Every product pillar baked in. You're not bolting three tools together. It's one system.
Hosting on Hetzner
Fast European infrastructure, global CDN, daily backups, SSL. Included while you're on the plan.
Domain migration + 301 redirects
Your SEO authority transfers. Every old URL maps to a new one. Rankings usually improve within 30 days.
The twelve-month commitment, explained
Building a new site properly takes work that can't be spread into a monthly fee forever. So the rebuild is commitment-based, not a one-time fee.
You pay monthly for twelve months. During that time you get audits, content, pipeline, hosting, and support. After month twelve:
- Stay on the SaaS at the regular monthly rate, keep getting audits + content.
- Drop to hosting-only for $$240/year. No dashboard, no audits, site stays online.
- Take the site with you. The code is yours. We hand over the repo and help you migrate.
You always own the site. The lock is a pricing mechanism, not a trap.
Common questions about the rebuild
How long does a rebuild take?
Most breeder sites go live within 2 weeks of kickoff. A rebuild on the same stack we built for Bear Valley Puppies (Dachshunds + Pomeranians in Wisconsin) took under a week from scoping to launch.
What happens to my current site during the rebuild?
It stays live. We build in parallel on a staging subdomain you can preview. On launch day, we point your domain to the new site and redirect every old URL to the matching new one so SEO authority transfers.
Who owns the domain?
You always own the domain. It stays in your registrar account. We just point DNS to our hosting while you're on the plan.
What about my old SEO?
Every ranking URL gets a 301 redirect to the equivalent new URL. Every ranking page gets rebuilt with better schema, faster load, and the content you never had time to write. Rankings typically improve within 30 days.
What do I do after the 12-month commitment ends?
Three options: (1) stay on the SaaS, keep getting audits and content. (2) stop the SaaS, pay $240/year for hosting-only, and we keep the site online with no further changes. (3) take the site and migrate it to your own hosting. The code is yours.
