By using Puppy Sales Success AI (“the service”), you agree to these terms. Read them.

What we deliver

Monthly SEO and AI visibility audits, content, buyer pipeline software, mobile photo upload, and optional Social Auto-Pilot add-on for the plan you select.

Plans and billing

  • Keep Your Site: month-to-month, cancel anytime. Pricing as listed on our pricing page.
  • New Site Rebuild: 12-month commitment. After the 12 months, you may continue, drop to hosting-only at $240/year, or migrate the site. The site code is yours at the end of the 12-month term regardless.
  • Social Auto-Pilot: month-to-month add-on, cancel anytime.

What we need from you

  • Accurate business info.
  • For Keep Your Site: access to your existing site (SSH or admin credentials) and DNS.
  • Payment on time. Missed payments suspend service after a grace period.
  • Honesty in marketing. We won't publish false health claims, fake testimonials, or misleading pricing.

Affiliate disclosure

Puppy-age email sequences may include product recommendations from affiliate programs (Amazon Associates, Chewy, Petco, etc.). If a buyer purchases through these links, you may earn a commission. FTC-required disclosures are included automatically in emails that contain affiliate links. You are responsible for complying with FTC rules and the terms of any affiliate program you enroll in.

Intellectual property

Content we write for you is yours. Photos you upload are yours. Code in the case of a New Site Rebuild is yours at the end of the 12-month term. The Puppy Sales Success AI platform software itself remains ours.

Liability

We don't guarantee specific ranking or sales outcomes. SEO and marketing depend on many factors we don't control. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Termination

Either party may terminate with notice. Outstanding balances are payable. Rebuild contracts that terminate before month 12 forfeit the remaining months as per the commitment.
