What does Puppy Sales Success actually do?
We deliver four things every month: SEO and AI visibility audits with implemented fixes, four new content pages written for your breed, an automated buyer pipeline CRM, and a mobile PWA for photo uploads. Optional Social Auto-Pilot cross-posts to every platform.
Who is it for?
Dog breeders who want buyers finding them year-round, not just when puppies are on the ground. It works for any breed as long as buyers search Google for it.
Who is it not for?
Puppy mills, hobbyists breeding occasionally, or breeders who cut corners on health or documentation. The audit surfaces everything, and buyers notice.
Do you work with any breed?
Yes. Current reference customers breed American Bulldogs, English Cream Golden Retrievers, Dachshunds, and Pomeranians. The platform is breed-agnostic.
Can I use it in Canada?
Yes. Rosebull, our founder's kennel, runs in New Brunswick, Canada. CKC registration, CAD pricing, and cross-border SEO all supported.
Pricing
What's the cheapest plan?
Keep Your Site for $197/month if you have one breed. No lock, cancel anytime.
Is there a setup fee for the rebuild?
No. The rebuild is priced monthly, not one-time. You commit for 12 months at $294/month for one breed, then the site is yours to keep.
What happens after the 12-month rebuild lock?
Three options. Stay on the SaaS. Drop to hosting-only at $240/year. Or take the site and migrate it. Your code, your choice.
Does the subscription include hosting?
Yes, while you're paying the monthly SaaS fee. Hosting is separate only if you leave the SaaS after the 12-month lock.
What's Social Auto-Pilot?
A $97/month add-on. Blotato integration cross-posts to Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
SEO & AI Visibility
How fast can I expect results?
SEO results typically start showing in 30-60 days and compound over 6-12 months. AI visibility can improve within weeks once schema and llms.txt are in place.
What's llms.txt?
A plain text file that tells ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, and Google AI Overviews what your business is and how to cite you. Most breeder sites don't have one. We build and maintain yours.
Will AI actually recommend me to buyers?
AI search engines recommend specific breeders when buyers ask. Whether they recommend you depends on whether your site is structured for AI citation. Our audit shows you exactly where you stand and what to fix.
What's the difference between SEO and AI visibility?
SEO gets you ranked in Google results. AI visibility gets you cited by ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews. They overlap but aren't the same. We optimize for both.
Implementation
Do I have to migrate my site?
Only if you choose the rebuild path. Keep Your Site means we SSH into your existing site and implement improvements in place. No migration, no downtime.
How long does a rebuild take?
Most breeder sites are rebuilt and live within 2 weeks. Bear Valley Puppies went from scoping to launch in under a week.
What happens to my old URLs during a rebuild?
Every ranking URL gets 301-redirected to the matching new URL. SEO authority carries over. Rankings typically improve within 30 days of launch.
Do I own my content?
Yes. Everything we write is yours. Every photo you upload is yours. On a rebuild, after the 12-month lock, the code is yours too.
Pipeline & Emails
What pipeline stages are included?
New lead, confirmed email, application received, application approved, deposit received, contract sent, puppy selected, pickup or ship scheduled, puppy delivered, pupdate request sent, testimonial request sent. Each triggers an automated email when you change the status.
Can I customize the emails?
Yes. Every email template is editable. We start you with proven templates and you tune the voice over time.
How are puppy-age emails different?
After the puppy goes home, emails fire based on the puppy's age (week 1, month 3, year 1, etc.) with feeding guides, training milestones, and affiliate gear recommendations.
Support
Do I talk to you directly?
Yes. Lesli or a direct team member, not a ticket system. Response times are business-day normal; urgent issues the same day.
What if I need to make a change mid-month?
Make it. We ship updates continuously. Small changes go out within hours. Bigger changes within days.
Can I cancel?
Keep Your Site is cancel-anytime. New Site Rebuild has a 12-month commitment because we're building you an asset. After month 12 it's month-to-month or hosting-only.
